This document is intended to give you information about John Oliver and the Companies he owns and operates.

Education: Oliver attended the University of Texas in Austin, Texas from 1961 until
1966. He graduated with a BBA in Business.

Military Service: In 1966, after graduating from the University of Texas, Oliver served
in the United States Army as a Commissioned Officer for six years, two on active duty,
and four years in the Army Reserves. Duty stations included the Republic of Germany,
where he was a platoon commander of the 558 MP Company, providing security and
convoy duty for a Nuclear Weapon Depot, and Fort Hood, Texas serving as Company
Commander of A Company, 518th MP Battalion under the Provost Marshall of Fort
Hood. In 1968, after two years in the Army, Oliver received an Honorable Discharge
from Active Duty and began his four year commitment of Reserve Duty.

 Following release from Active Duty, Oliver began his career in
Commercial Banking. From 1968 until 1970 Oliver served as an Examiner for the
Department of Banking, State of Texas and in 1970 he joined the City National Bank of Austin, where he worked for eight years, rising to Vice President and a Senior Lending Officer. After leaving City National Bank, Oliver joined Rust Properties, an Austin Real Estate Development Company, and was Senior Manager of the Leasing and Management efforts of the properties developed and renovated by Rust Properties. These properties included One American Center, Norwood Towers, The Colorado Building, and Apartment Communities in Austin, Texas. Also developed during this period was the Texas Commerce Bank Building in Corpus Christi, Texas.

In 1987, Oliver left Rust Properties and founded Oliver Company for the purpose of
investments and operation of investment entities.

At this time the following Companies operate under the umbrella of Oliver Company.
