ImageIII Oliver Company was formed to market and manage Pay telephone systems for Resident and Inmate facilities in Texas and other markets.  Historically, most vendors provided small facilities very limited equipment that allowed calls to be made to families and/or friends.  The technology of the equipment was limited, forcing the facilities to request changes and information by telephone with the service providers.  The facilities did not have real time management capabilities with the equipment, or calls being made.  In many cases in juvenile facilities, it was necessary to utilize facility personnel to monitor and time calls made by residents.  There was little technology capabilities afforded to the site or personnel to assist them in efficiently managing the calls made by residents. 

III Oliver Company makes available to the appropriate facilities, equal or better capabilities that larger juvenile, jails, prisons, and other inmate facilities have.  The equipment and approach we provide allows jail or juvenile administrators to have real time technology that allows total control of their inmate calls.

With our equipment, facilities have the technology to:

Record all appropriate calls
Enter universal block numbers
Enter do not record numbers
Enter Personal Approved Numbers for each resident or inmate*
Limit calls by:** 
 Duration
 Time of day
 Numbers of call per day, week, or month
 The number of calls made to any number per day, week, or month
        Very helpful for residents with divorced parents
Notify investigating personnel if designated numbers are dialed and completed
Complete list per resident or inmate, of all complete and incomplete calls, complete calls recorded

Billing for collect calls is the black hole of the industry.  Facilities really have no clue as to the financial value of calls being completed.  With our approach, the facility will know and view real time, financial results of completed calls.  They also have a view of the expenses necessary to collect the calls.  Accountability for the service provider is now available to the facility on a day to day basis.
