In 1992, we founded Oliver Communication Company, to develop a private pay telephone business.  By 1997 we had in excess of 75 locations, and 100 plus pay phones in our portfolio.

With the popularity and growth in the Cellular telephone market, it became apparent to us, that the future of the Pay Telephone Industry was going to change dramatically and not favorably for our investment. We sold our locations in 1997, and have remained dormant in the telecommunication business until 2005.  We formed III Oliver Company, LLC to invest in the development of Inmate and Resident Phone Systems.  Our initial efforts are to be in the Texas Market, but anticipate that in the near future, we will be able to provide multiple state service. We have a team of seasoned Industry Executives and Telecommunication professionals focusing on Management, Financial, and Service needs.
